Our patch: West Norfolk, the Fens & the coast
Based in Stoke Ferry, working across West Norfolk, the Fens and over both borders. If you can get there off the A10, the A134 or the coast road, so can Matthew, and there is never a travel charge inside the patch.

West Norfolk & the Fens
King's Lynn
The biggest town on our patch and the one we are in most weeks. About twenty five minutes from our base in Stoke Ferry, straight up the A10 or the A134.
Downham Market
Downham is ten minutes up the A10 from our base in Stoke Ferry, which makes it about the closest thing we have to a home fixture.
Swaffham
A Georgian market town surrounded by flint villages, about twenty minutes from us across the A134.
Wisbech
The Capital of the Fens, about thirty five minutes from our base. Georgian brick out front, hard-working rental stock behind it.
Ely
Half an hour straight down the A10. A cathedral city with commuter energy: period houses in the centre, new estates going up around it.
Thetford
About twenty five minutes down the A134, on the edge of the Brecks.
The North Norfolk coast
Hunstanton
The only resort on the east coast that faces west, so the sunsets are spectacular. The wiring in some of those Victorian villas is a different story.
Heacham
Lavender fields, a long sandy beach, and a lot of bungalows whose fuse boards remember when the caravan parks first opened.
Brancaster
Flint cottages, salt marshes and some of the most carefully renovated houses on the coast, where the lighting matters as much as the wiring.
Holkham
Estate cottages, flint barns and one of the finest beaches in England. Listed buildings are rather our thing.
Not listed? The villages between these towns are all covered too, and the far side of a border has never stopped us. Ask, the answer is usually yes.
