Electrical faults require detective work: methodical, process-of-elimination testing until the culprit is found. In 25 years Matthew has found cables nailed through under floorboards, sockets terminated so badly they caught fire, and wiring chewed by carpenters, rodents and one particularly determined puppy.
What you get is the fault found and fixed, an honest explanation of what caused it, and a check that it has not damaged anything else on the way. What you do not get is a shrug and an invoice for looking.
