When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, contact details and what you tell us about the job, plus which page you enquired from and roughly how you found the site (for example Google or Facebook). We use this to reply to you, quote the work, and understand which parts of the website are earning their keep.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with the job and our records obligations, and we never sell or pass your details to anyone else for marketing.

The site keeps a small note in your browser of how you first arrived (so the enquiry email can say so). You can clear it like any other browsing data.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are actually helping people find an electrician, and it sets cookies to do that. Nothing is set until you agree: if you have not accepted, or you have said no thanks, Google is told not to store anything. There is no advertising, no profiling and no sharing with anyone for marketing.

You can change your mind at any time using cookie settings, which is also at the bottom of every page. Saying no leaves the site working exactly as it did.
