A loss of power callout to a church in the centre of Cambridge, first thing on a cold morning.

Churches are not like houses. The wiring has usually been added to by several generations of electricians, the routes are awkward, and you cannot go cutting into the fabric to make your life easier. Knowing where to look saves an enormous amount of time, and on this occasion it meant the building was back in use before most people had arrived.
